If you're looking for our fines policy, we don't have one because we no longer charge fines for late returns. Instead, we only charge when we need to replace a Lost or Considered Lost Item. For full information on our charges policy, please see Our Charges.

Please note our Data Protection Policy is currently going through a scheduled review, and will be posted here soon once that process is complete.
