High throughput 2D-IR spectroscopy

The two-dimensional infrared (2D-IR) facility provides access to ultrafast 2D-IR spectroscopy for biomolecular analysis.

Particular strengths include:

Analysis of protein secondary structure and dynamics in H₂O-rich solutions
Protein-ligand interactions
Nucleic acid structure and dynamics
Biofluid analysis.

The facility is led by Professor Neil Hunt.
